Sohan
Sohan is a type of Persian pastry that is made with wheat sprout, sugar, butter or animal oil, saffron, cardamom, and pistachio. The history of Sohan baking dates back to Qajar era and Qom city, at first it was cooked as a soft Halwa then little by little by adding other materials took brittle shape that gets gently cracked and durable.
