Sizdah Be-dar the thirteenth day of Farvardin (the first month of the Iranian calendar, April 2) is an Iranian festival held annually and last ceremony of Nowruz festivals. Iranian in ancient time at the beginning of New Year after 12 days of happiness on the occasion of 12 months of year go to nature and hold picnic outdoors. People believes that they must throw away negativity and bad omen. The day has special rites; knotting the greenery, releasing sprouting greens back into nature, cooking different types of foods like Ash reshteh, as well as throwing 13 pieces of small stone especially in Kurds region. The day is an opportunity for families to get together in nature. Some special tours perform that are interesting.
